We do not accept Federally issued tax licenses as valid Proof of Organization. We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis an alternative if the above Proof of Organization requirements cannot be met. The purpose of the credit is to prevent dual taxation of such income. Registration fee varies; the form provides an area for calculation.
The tax bills for the current year are mailed on July 15th. The balance sheet and depreciation schedule must be submitted with your return. While being housed in the warehouse the items may be bound, packaged, etc. This letter must be printed on the domain registrant's letterhead and signed by the registrant if an individual or an employee of the registrant if a Company or Organization.
